Senior Design Manager
Managing a design team, running design sprints and working with agencies and multiple stakeholders. Bringing different people and priorities together around a clear direction.
I make sense of complicated ideas, find the structure they need, and turn them into something clear, polished and useful.

My background spans digital marketing, user experience, strategy, design and corporate work — alongside building my own businesses.
That means I tend to look beyond the individual asset. A website, a report or a social post is part of a bigger picture. What needs to be understood? Who is it for? What should happen next?
I’m comfortable stepping into something that isn’t neatly defined yet: different opinions, lots of information, a half-finished idea or a project that has become more complicated than it needs to be. I find the thread, create a practical route forward and bring the detail together.
Managing a design team, running design sprints and working with agencies and multiple stakeholders. Bringing different people and priorities together around a clear direction.
A background that connects communication, content and design with the way people actually find, understand and use information.
Experience working on substantial change: understanding the wider challenge, creating structure and translating a complex project into practical design work.
Building my own businesses has given me a practical understanding of how many roles an owner holds — and why a good system has to be usable, not just attractive.
Alongside my design career, I’ve built a business in holistic wellbeing. I understand how personal it can feel to put your work out into the world — especially when it’s rooted in your values, expertise and care for other people.
That experience shapes how I work with independent and purpose-led businesses. I know the balance you’re trying to strike: professional and credible, while still feeling warm, personal and true to you. I bring that understanding alongside the structure and judgement from my corporate background.
Whether I’m working with a practitioner, a school or a community organisation, I’m looking for the same thing: the clearest, most useful way to communicate what matters.
See that thinking in the workBring me what you have. We’ll work out what it needs to become.
